AVOID STRESS, PRIORITIZE!
Let's face it. The time of the year like Christmas means juggling many things, sometimes more than we can manage, on top of heightened emotional, mental and financial stress.
Christmas for many is a happy time, but also a very stressful or difficult time for others. It's quite easy to feel negative when things accumulate so remember to schedule and prioritise a time in your day for Y O U, to get balanced, to feel centered and at peace. .
Here are 3 tips to avoid getting stressed, keep a cool head, and be grateful, no matter who you are or what your situation is.
1. ASK FOR A HELPING HAND
If you are the one in your family preparing many things, perhaps a dinner or lunch, or giving a lot to others, remember to ask for help. There are people out there happy to help you and people who do care for you so raise your hand and ask. There is no point to stress yourself and blame or be resentful for putting yourself under unnecessary pressure, so just ask! 💗

2. GIVE A HELPING HAND
It's a time of gathering, connecting and sharing love. Rather than expecting from others, why not focus on giving love? Whether it can be in the form of time, service, or offering your neighbour a hand with something their carrying, but giving from your heart with no expectation, you can feel full, surrounded by good vibes and definitely not alone. 🤗 your actions no matter big or small dont go unnoticed so change your vibes for now and the future by giving a bit of love.
3. REMEMBER WHAT MATTERS
It's easy to get swept up in the Christmas vibes, the spending frenzy, eating and boozing, and social expectations so remember to take a moment and think about what matters. Like anyday, life is about connecting, sharing, loving an living. Christmas is just the same. Everyday you can choose to feel good, think positive, be grateful, and plan your day and life in accordance to what matters. So pause, breathe big and be grateful for living. 💗
