Something I love about life is that you are always moving forward. Even when it seems like 1 step forward & 101 steps back (& the changes you desire seem so tiny you) you just have to grit & keep going.

You see, progress is inevitable. Everyday that you live, you learn & UN-LEARNING just isn’t possible, unless you had too many drinks...lol!

Last night I had a 5th coaching session w/ my beautiful client "K". We have been working on :

✔ Establishing an understanding of values of self-love, self-worth, and how to do it practically

✔ Communication skills that align with a positive mindset

✔Cultivating a daily routine that helps her reach her goals

✔Strategies and practical ways to consistently maintain a positive mindset in all aspects of life

✔Strategies for understanding her emotions in relationships with men

✔Learning to live intuitively

✔Learning to live from a space of love

✔Creating a healthy and positive relationship with family members who may trigger negative self-talk, painful emotions and old patterns of behaviour.

Last night she shared her key successes w/ me & I was just so chuffed!!

Key success for "K" since starting coaching ⬇️

🎉Delivered an epic presentation in HER style & creativity that she never believed she could! She blew her colleagues out of the water now she has to deliver more. Haha! Yuss!!

🎉Launched her fabulous clothing business that she has been putting off. She has also been feeling more confident to create her designs as she desires!

🎉Now uses tools & strategies learnt in our session to calm her mind & reduce her anxiety. She told me she is now voluntarily meditating instead of "shoulding" it! Boom!

🎉Stood her ground in a personal relationship drawing the boundaries for what she is worth! (Big one)

🎉Learning to let go and forgive family & close ones for past pain, disappointment and hurt.

Seeing this progress is the best part of what I do. It makes me do a HAPPY DANCE (literally) !
