Mindful Movement and Meditation is a holistic class created by Life Coach Jo Anne Zamora Gante designed for women that integrates self-awareness, free movement (dance) and meditation to re-balance the energy centres, unlock authentic expression and release blocked energy.

Expand your mind and body through an inspiring and free-flowing class with the guidance and teachings centred on stillness, self-expression and self-awareness.

You will move and dance, feel free within your body and learn to confidently express how you feel. The class is for women of all ages and all levels of movement. The class is gentle and grounding.

By the end of the class you will feel
