Like every individual, we are all unique in some way. When we are born, we enter a set of circumstances that we cannot control.
Our environment around us is our sounding board, teaching us a certain set of beliefs, values, behaviours that we craft into our own perception and understanding of how to live life. Some of what we learn is helpful and uplifting, others not so much.
Along the way, we may be challenged in a way that breaks us, losing ourselves to a reality that seems so hard to become free from. We learn to not trust, we learn to dislike ourselves, we learn to resist, we learn to fight and we learn to disconnect from our inner wisdom, all as responses to the outside world because we simply want to survive, feel free and be loved.
Our experiences, challenges, tragedies, and influences make it hard for us to find clarity in who we are, whilst understanding how to live differently – without support, we sometimes don’t have the energy to go on, go forward or do it differently. This is where Wisdom Within Women’s Support Circle comes into play.
By working with Jo Anne and other like-minded women, you can find comfort, safety and energy in a sisterhood that embraces the uniqueness of every person’s journey. With support, discovery, empowerment, transformation and celebration as core values, Jo Anne works with every individual to inspire inner-strength, joy and discovery to find peace, love, joy, happiness and purpose again.
